As a growing company such as ours, they have gone above and beyond our expectations and really helped us achieve the level of success we come to have today. We first decided to use Willoughby Supply in 1998, and we continue to ask ourselves why not sooner. Their level of communication and professionalism has proven to be more than we could have ever asked for. Any one of our employees could simply call Willoughby Supply for information or for a product, and it would be handled with professionalism and assertiveness.

What is said will be done at Willoughby Supply. They are the key component between manufacturer and the distribution of the product. The delivery of the product on time is really the main goal of any distributor. With new and clean trucks, courteous drivers to my staff and our clients, and delivery that is on time, it has made our ability to grow as a company that much easier. Not to mention the inventory they keep on a consistent basis. They realize it is important and necessary to keep items contractors need stocked, as well as storing it in a dry and clean warehouse. And, when it comes to a special order, they order and handle that promptly.

The communication and help we receive from Willoughby Supply all starts with their staff. They have extremely well trained and knowledgeable employees that will assist with my needs as soon as I either contact them or simply walk into one of their warehouses. The counter help is outstanding, because they make it easy for me to get information or order products. I would like to draw attention to the people that help companies such as mine outside of the warehouse. In my case, our Willoughby Supply representative is Mark Heubner. He is always on top of any question or concern I have, and it helps that when I call him, he answers and addresses the issue or question in a timely manner. As a company owner, my worries can be at rest knowing this family owned business takes pride in striving toward overall customer satisfaction.

Overall, it is hard to find all the key components of customer service in one distributorship but, Willoughby Supply has all the pieces to the puzzle. As a business that heavily relies on satisfying our clients, Willoughby Supply is a natural fit to the way we do business. It is a partnership that is mutually satisfying in all aspects of performance towards the same overall goal … “Customer Satisfaction.”

Gridiron Guys LLC has been in the roofing business for several years and we have used all the roofing supply companies in this area. We didn’t use Willoughby Supply in the first few years but when we did finally try them we switched quickly and it was one of our best decisions. WS is without a doubt the best in the area. Customer service is definitely their strong point! It starts with inside sales. Every time we call we get friendly and very helpful service from everyone. All orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. We’ve sent customers to the showrooms for shingle selection and they always comment on how helpful the staff is. Our outside sales rep, Mark Huebner, always goes the extra mile. None of the reps from the other companies come close. Finally, prompt job site delivery is essential and again no one does it better. The drops are always timely and the delivery guys also go the extra mile in loading the roof where we want it.
